Description

To use alcohol during weight loss, you will give up a meal and replace it with your alcoholic beverage, so you will have 2 meals and count the alcohol as your snack for the day. Also, your 2 meals will need to be red or yellow column meals.

Used as a snack in maintenance, you can have your 3 meals and have alcohol as your snack for the day.  You may still have your freebies and an extra, if needed.
